Staff always pleasant
Perfect & reasonably large room with 2 double beds. Comfy location in Williamsport, short walk to attractions and Connecticut. Quiet area. Variety of food available in the attached restaurant

The location was comfortable in a very very nice area, right by Williamsport, Pa and store's and restaurants. Brand-new rooms were well-stocked with 2 double beds.

had a very enjoyable stay for a night, and would definitely go back. liked our well-stocked room with 2 double beds. the hotel was in a perfect and magnificent location, in the mountains around the grand canyon of pa.
Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

The lobby was clean and modern, the breakfast was well stocked and the counters were clean, also. Staff were very kind and helpful.
The room was outdated, I had read that the place was "recently renovated", however, our blue and yellow tiled bathroom, blue sink/tub/toilet said otherwise. The bed was uncomfortable and small. I thought we were getting a queen. The room smelled funny and the bedspread had holes in it. We were about 4 hours from home for a weekend away, we ended up checking out on day and heading home.

Varity given at the free breakfast. Employees willingness to help. Location made it easy to get on the highway.
Mattresses springs appeared to broken which made mattress uneven and not firm actually drooping in some areas. A lot of noise from restaurant employees going in and out of the back door near our room. Soft blanket had an unknown hard substance on it. Sheets appeared to have been washed but had old stains/rips on them. Room needed updating with rug, bed etc. Rolling trash bin was left directly outside our room during our entire two night three day stay.
